Check to see if the dates you require are available, we will be able to confirm the dates or suggest an alternative.

Once the dates have been agreed, they will be pencilled in the diary, a booking deposit of £200 and booking form is then required. Until the booking deposit and booking form are received the dates will still be available for other renters. Once the booking deposit and booking form are received the dates agreed are then booked and penned out in the diary. A letter will then be sent confirming your booking dates and when your final balance is due along with a receipt for your booking deposit.

Normal payment will be due eight weeks prior to your arrival at the villa along with the security deposit, if the departure date is less than eight weeks then the balance will be due when booking. The balance can be paid by cheque to Susan Castro and a receipt will be issued.

Once the final deposit is paid and nearer to your departure date (approx 2wks) you will be sent directions from the airport, the full villa address, community access code, lock box details, villa telephone number and our Management Companies details.
