Lounge
The villa is mainly carpeted, fully air conditioned and beautifully furnished. On entering the villa you will find yourself looking into the wonderful open plan living area, this exquisitely stylish room looks out onto the pool and deck. The living area consists of two fabulous blue leather sofas with matching chair, two glass topped side tables with lamps and a matching coffee table plus the living area has a ceiling fan. There is an entertainment centre, with cable TV, DVD player and a cd/cassette player. We have a selection of DVD's, games and books for your enjoyment.
Dining Room
The spacious and fabulous open plan dining and kitchen area is situated to the left as you walk into the villa. The dining table is situated near the window and is wrought iron, glass topped with comfortable matching chairs. There is a pantry, which is discreetly hidden with double doors, which has lots of shelving. A highchair is also available if required.
Breakfast area
There is also a breakfast bar with comfortable barstools, which looks over into the kitchen/dining area. The breakfast bar houses an answer phone with walk around phone.
We have four bedrooms, all provided with bed linen, clothes hangers and laundry baskets. A travel cot and baby monitor is also available if required. We do ask that you bring your own linen for the cot.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fantastic and consists of all mod cons, including, large oven, microwave, Dishwasher, large fridge, freezer with icemaker, coffee maker, blender, toaster, saucepans, silverware, dinnerware and all the utensils you may require for your stay. Everything you could possibly need for the kitchen is here. The flooring is tiled, so any spillage is easily cleaned.
Within the kitchen/dining area there is laundry facilities, this includes a separate washer and dryer, steam iron, ironing board. You can also access the spacious double garage from the kitchen and dining area.
Master Bedroom One
Master Bedroom one is at the rear of Susan's Vacation villa and is situated to the left, from the living area. This Bedroom looks directly onto the wonderful pool area through the patio doors and is a fantastic sunny room. It has a very comfortable king size bed, two bedside cabinets with lamps and a fitted wardrobe. There is a ceiling fan to keep you cool on those balmy nights.
There is also a spacious dresser with overhead mirror, cable TV, a radio/alarm clock plus a telephone. As well as having access to the pool area through the patio doors there is also access to the en-suite bathroom.
The en-suite has a large shower cubicle, vanity unit with sink, overhead mirror with lighting and shaving point plus a toilet. Towels are provided and there is also a hairdryer and adapter.
Master Bedroom Two
The second master Bedroom is stunning and also at the rear of the villa and is situated to the right, you access this room again from the living area. A superb warm and comfortable room, it has an enormous king size bed, two bedside cabinets with lamps, a fitted walk in wardrobe with safe and ceiling fan.
Again there is a spacious dresser with overhead mirror, cable TV and radio/alarm clock. From this lovely room you have access to the en-suite.
This en-suite also doubles as the pool's bathroom. It has a large shower cubicle, vanity unit with sink, overhead mirror and lighting, plus the toilet. Towels are provided and there is also a hairdryer and adapter. There is access from this en-suite to the pool area.
Bedroom Three
Bedroom three is also accessible from the living area. This gorgeous Bedroom has a beach theme and has a wonderful warm and comfortable feel to it. It has two single beds, bedside drawers with lamp, a chest of drawers and a fitted wardrobe. There is cable TV, portable cd player and a radio/alarm clock in this Bedroom. You can also access the Jack and Jill bathroom.
Bedroom Four
On entering the villa, Bedroom four is on the right. This is a lovely bright and airy Bedroom and is at the front of the villa with a triple window aspect. It is beautifully furnished and has a dolphin theme. This stunning room consists of two single beds, chest of drawers with lamp and a fitted wardrobe, cable TV plus a radio/alarm clock.
From Bedroom four you can access the family bathroom, which is shared with Bedroom three, this is called a Jack and Jill bathroom as you can access it from both Bedrooms. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower and a toilet. There is a separate vanity unit with sink and overhead mirror and lighting. Towels are provided and there is also a hairdryer and adapter.
Garage
In the spacious double garage we have a pool table, the garage also has a fan and light. There is shelving also by the door.
South Facing Pool and Spa
The superb pool deck, which is blocked paved, is south facing and has been extended to19ft x 8ft it is enclosed by a fine mesh screen, which allows the sun in but keeps the insects out.
The actual pool size is 14ft x 26ft and has a fantastic Jacuzzi/spa I'm sure you could dream away a few hours relaxing in it.
The pool/spa can be heated if required, I would recommend pool heat from October to April. There is also a pool cover for the pool/spa. If you have pool heat on in the cooler months we would recommend that you use the pool cover roughly from November to February, it really depends on the outside temperature.
The pool cover should not need to be used at other times, if you have any questions in regards to the pool heat please do ask. You can also make the most of the lovely Florida sunshine, by sitting in one of the comfortable luxurious sun lounges (4 in total) enjoying a long cool drink. There is a lanai with a table and four chairs if you prefer a little shade in the day as the pool area is south facing.
It is also lovely to sit out here on an evening, there is a fan and light under the lanai, also two lights on the pool deck and there is a light in the pool and spa so if the children go for a swim you can keep your eye on them. All doors to the pool area are alarmed for child safety. There are beach towels provided for the use around the pool.
